Pursuant to the document no.1309/2024/DBIC dated 13/09/2024 of DB Investment And Development One Member Company Limited (securities code: DBI12101) on cancellation of the record date for bond redemption before maturity, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancellation of the record date (13/09/2024) for bond redemption before maturity at the request of the Issuer of DBI12101 of DB Investment And Development One Member Company Limited according to the notice no.3523/TB-VSDC dated 30/08/2024 by VSDC's Branch
Reason: The Company has not arrange sufficient resources for redemption before maturity of outstanding bond
This notice of VSDC is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited above bonds at DMs.
