Cancelling the record date: 20/01/2025 for 2025 Extraordinary general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 04/TB-CNVSDC dated 02/01/2025 by VSDC's branch.
Reason: Because the time of finalizing the list of shareholders for the General Meeting is nearly Tet holiday, it is impossible to arrange the time, affecting the Company's organization plan.
