L40: Cancellation of the record date for 2025 Extraordinary general meeting
Pursuant to the document no.02/ICCO40-CV dated 07/01/2025 of 40 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2025 Extraordinary general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 20/01/2025 for 2025 Extraordinary general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 04/TB-CNVSDC dated 02/01/2025 by VSDC's branch.
Reason: Because the time of finalizing the list of shareholders for the General Meeting is nearly Tet holiday, it is impossible to arrange the time, affecting the Company's organization plan.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
