- Execution rate: 1:2 (shareholders owning 1 share will receive 1 right, shareholders owning 1 right will receive 2 new shares)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: due to the Execution rate of 1:2, the issuance does not have fractional shares.
- For example: Shareholder A owns 200 shares on the shareholder record date for the issuance of shares. With an issuance ratio of 200%, shareholder A will receive the number of additionally issued shares calculated as follows: 100 shares x 200% = 200 shares.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at 41-43 Nguyen Phuoc Lan, Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district, Da Nang. ID cards  have to be presented.
