Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation - Hochiminh branch (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 200 bonds (~VND 200,000,000,000)
- Execution rate:100%
+ The redemption price of each bond is calculated according to the formula: Face value of the bond + Interest earned from August 21, 2025 to August 21, 2026 exclusive:
1,000,000,000 (VND) + (1,000,000,000 (VND) x 7.475%/year x 365 (days)/365 (days)) = VND 1,074,750,000
- The total receipt amount of bondholders will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number will be rounded up; if the first decimal is less than 5, the decimal part will be removed)
There is not a deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer as this is the case where the issuer finalizes the list of bondholders registered at VSDC, but investors do not sell bonds through VSDC. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled.
- Payment date: 21/8/2026
Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank will exercise its right to redeem bonds before the maturity date of August 21, 2026. Bondholders are obligated to sell all bonds they hold back to the Securities registering institution and receive the proceeds from the resale of their bonds. All redeemed bonds will be canceled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened the depository account.
+ Bondholders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond redemption via accounts registered with Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank on 21/8/2026.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization should be sent to VSDC’s email). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 14/8/2026.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
