POS: Cancellation of the record date for postal ballot

Pursuant to the notice no.0057/POS-HCNS dated 10/01/2025 of PTSC Offshore Services Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for postal ballot, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 17/01/2025 for postal ballot in accordance with the Notice no.20/TB-CNVSDC dated 07/01/2025 by VSDC's Hochiminh Branch.
Reason: the Securities registering institution has not well prepared the Annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the record date: 17/01/2025 for postal ballot in accordance with the Notice no.20/TB-CNVSDC dated 07/01/2025 by VSDC's Hochiminh Branch.
