On 27/12/2024, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) received Notice No. 1716/TB-DCM dated 24/12/2024 from Vinacomin – Mining Geology Joint Stock Company (securities code MGC) regarding the cancellation of the List of shareholders exercising the right to attend the 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting. VSDC would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting, the record date: 22/11/2024 in accordance with Notice no.4353/TB-VSDC dated 01/11/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: Postpone the 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting in accordance with Resolution No. 19/2024/NQ-HĐQT dated 31/10/2024 of the Board of Directors because the Company has not yet completed all relevant procedures to organize the General Meeting. The time of the General Meeting will be announced later.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited MGC shares at DMs
