SHJ12102: Cancellation of the Record Date for the 5th payment of bond interest

Pursuant to the No. 22/2026/TB-SHJ dated May 14, 2026, from Sunshine Housing Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the record date for the 5th payment of bond interest, bond code SHJ12102 (the record date: 18/5/2026, payment date: 25/5/2026), the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation would like to announce as follows:
- Cancellation of Notice No. 1867/TB-VSDC dated May 4, 2026, regarding the record date and confirmation of the list of bondholders exercising the right to pay interest on SHJ12102 bonds on the record date of 18/5/2026.
- Reason for cancellation: The issuer is arranging funds for payment according to the agreement with bondholders. Therefore, the Issuer will independently make the payment of the 5th bond interest in accordance with the law.
DMs are requested to inform the investors holding SHJ12102 bonds of the above information./.
