BSG: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Action Processing

Pursuant to the document no. 684/XKSG-NSHC dated 13/05/2026 of Sai Gon Passenger Transport Joint Stock Company (securities code: BSG) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2026 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2026 annual general meeting, record date: 25/03/2026 in accordance with Notice no. 670/TB-CNVSDC dated 06/03/2026 by VSDC
Reason: Postponing 2026 Annual General Meeting as the Securities Registration institution needs more time to ensure better preparation for the organization the Meeting.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2026 annual general meeting, record date: 25/03/2026 in accordance with Notice no. 670/TB-CNVSDC dated 06/03/2026 by VSDC
