Based on Official Letter No. 76/2026/CV-Mcredit - TGĐ dated 26/05/2026, from MB Shinsei Consumer Credit Finance Company Limited regarding the cancellation of the notice of the last registration date for exercising the right to pay interest on bond tranche 04, bond code MSF12501 (Record date: 04/06/2026, payment date: June 16, 2026), the Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation announces as follows:
- Cancellation of Notice No. 1865/TB-VSDC dated 04/5/2026, regarding the record date and confirmation of the list of bondholders exercising the right to pay interest on bond code MSF12501 on the record date of 04/6/2026.

- Reason for cancellation: MB Shinsei Consumer Credit Finance Company Limited will redeem all bonds before maturity, based on Condition 14 of the terms and conditions of the bonds in the Issuer's Information Disclosure dated 13/06/2026, regarding the issuance of VND 1,000 billion bonds with fixed and floating interest rates, maturing in 2031.
