MGC: Cancellation of the shareholder list for 2024 Extraordinary general meeting
Pursuant to the Notice no. 1393/TB-ĐCM dated 23/10/2024 of Vinacomin – Mining Geology Joint Stock Company (securities code: MGC) on cancelling the the shareholder list for 2024 Extraordinary general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the the shareholder list for 2024 Extraordinary general meeting, record date: 30/08/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 3324/TB-VSDC dated 13/08/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: Cancelling organization of 2024 Extraordinary general meeting in accordance with Resolution no. 15/2024/NQ-HĐQT dated 08/08/2024 and no.17/2024/NQ-HĐQT dated 04/10/2024 by the Board of Directors because the Company has not completed related procedures to organize the meeting. Meeting time will be announced later.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
