ADE12101: Belated payment of remaining principal

Pursuant to the notice no.01.2706/2024/TB-ADEC dated 27/06/2024 of ADEC Joint Stock Company on changing payment time of remaining bond principal, the record date: 25/03/2024, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch issued notice no.5324/CNVSDC-ĐK.VN dated 28/06/2024 on 2nd change of the payment time of remaining ADE12101 bond principal (expected payment time before 31/12/2024).
However, as of 10:30 a.m. on 30/12/2024, VSDC's Branch has not yet received the bond interest payment amount or the explanation document about the delay in transferring money from the Securities registering institution. Therefore, VSDC's Branch will notify Members of ADE12101 bond interest payment time after receiving the notification document from the Securities registering institution.
DMs are requested to inform above notice to investors who have deposited ADE12101 bonds at DMs.
