Reason: Due to the fact that in the period of 2023-2025, the Company's production and business activities are affected by fluctuations in the domestic and foreign political economy, debt collection is facing many difficulties, the pressure of payables is significant, revenue and output do not reach the set plan. In addition, the Company is focusing on priority capital to expand the business of waterproofing materials, supplies and chemicals to create a stable source of revenue and profit in the future while maintaining the construction and installation business, so the Company has not yet arranged cash to pay dividend to shareholders.
Other contents in the document no. 6238/VSD-ĐK.NV dated 28/06/2023 by VSDC remain unchanged.
