PFL: Change of Payment Date for Cash Dividend

According to document no. 64/TB-DKĐĐ-TCKT dated 25th June 2020 of Petro Dong Do Joint Stock Company (securities code: PFL), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce 11th change of second payment of 2010 cash dividend (the record date: 09/01/2012) as follows:
- Announced information in document no. 5901/VSD-ĐK dated 26th June 2019 by VSD:
Payment time: 29th June 2020
- Adjusted information:
Payment time: 29th June 2021
Reason: Because capital and debt recovery, capital divestment of the Company's projects have not been achieved according to the proposed plan, the Company does not have enough money to pay dividend.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited PFL shares at DMs
