SD4: Change of payment Date for cash dividend

Pursuant to the document no. 80CT/TCKT dated 24/06/2025 of Song Da No 04 Joint Stock Company (securities code: SD4), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Cleairng Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce change of payment of 2016 cash dividend of SD4 shares (record date: 26th January 2018) as follows:

- Payment time: 30/06/2026
Reason: Because debts collection from investors has not as scheduled, the Company has not been able to balance financial resources for dividend payment as planned. Therefore, Song Da 4 Joint Stock Company would like to extend the time of dividend payment.
