Pursuant to the document no.104/TB.PVCL.26 dated 22/6/2026 by Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation (securities code: CCL) regarding adjustment of information of payment rate at the Notice no.97/TB.PVCL.26 dated 17/06/2026 and announced information by Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Ho Chi Minh Branch. VSDC's Branch would like to announce adjustment of information of 2025 stock dividend of CCL (record date: 30/6/2026) as follows:
- Announced information in the notice 1256/TB-CNVSDC dated 18/6/2026:
+ Execution rate: 10 : 1 (each shareholder will receive 1 new share for every 10 shares under ownership).
+ Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
Example: Shareholder A owns 119 shares as of the record date. With an exercise ratio of 10:1, shareholder A is entitled to receive (119/10)*1 = 11.9 new shares. According to the calculation principle above, shareholder A will receive an additional 11 new shares. The decimal portion of 0.9 shares will be cancelled.

+ Execution rate: 100 : 10 (each shareholder will receive 10 new shares for every 100 shares under ownership).
+ Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
