Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 10 : 1 (on the record date for shareholders to exercise the right to receive stock dividend, each shareholder will receive 2 new shares for every 100 shares under ownership).
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
Example: Shareholder A owns 119 shares as of the record date. With an exercise ratio of 10:1, shareholder A is entitled to receive (119/10)*1 = 11.9 new shares. According to the calculation principle above, shareholder A will receive an additional 11 new shares. The decimal portion of 0.9 shares will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive stock dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete procedures to receive stock dividend at The headquarters of Cuu Long Petroleum Urban Investment and Development Joint Stock Company is located at No. 02 – KTM06, Street No. 6, 5A Urban Area, Phu Loi Ward, Can Tho City on working days and ID cards (for individuals) and business registration certificate (for organizations) have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
 Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processin are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
