Based on document No.7659/MB-HS dated 18/6/2026, from Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank on cancelling the record date for 1st payment of Bond interest, bond code: MBB12517 (Record date: 30/6/2026, Payment date: 21/7/2026), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:

Cancel the record date of 1st payment of  bond interest,  bond code: MBB12517  in Notice No. 2345/TB-VSDC dated 27/5/2026 of VSDC.

Reason: Based on Article 13.4 of the MBB12517 bond information disclosure, the bond interest rate is floating and determined periodically every 6 months from the date of issuance. The interest calculation formula currently provided by the issuer to VSDC lacks information on the interest rate for the period from July 21, 2025 to July 21, 2026, specifically:
+ From July 21, 2025 – January 21, 2026 (184 days): 6.375%/year
+ From January 21, 2026 – July 21, 2026 (181 days): 6.9%/year
Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank is responsible for paying the full and timely interest on bond code MBB12517 to bondholders and for any arising disputes (if any).
