Reason: Hoang Quan MeKong Corporation has not yet arranged financial resources to transfer money on time as notified by VSDC Branch. The securities registering institution commits to complying with the provisions of law, bond documents, VSDC's guidelin regulations and is responsible to bondholders for the obligations to pay interest due and late interest as prescribed to ensure the legitimate rights of bondholders.
Other contents in the notice no.2091/TB-CNVSDC dated 02/12/2024 by VSDC remain unchanged.
