Pursuant to the document no. 223/TB-HUD4 dated 29/07/2025 of HUD4 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (Stock code HU4) regarding cancellation of the list of securities holders for corporate action processing for 2025 Annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancellation of the list of securities holders for corporate action processing for 2025 Annual general meeting, the record date of 24/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no.700/TB-CNVSD dated 26/02/2025 by VSDC's
Reason: Because the preparation of the contents to be submitted to the 2025 Annual General Meeting has not been completed.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancellation of the list of securities holders for corporate action processing for 2025 Annual general meeting, the record date of 24/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no.700/TB-CNVSD dated 26/02/2025 by VSDC's
