TCB12505: Cancel the record date for exercising rights
Based on Official Letter No. 913-03/2026/OPS-TCB dated 31/3/2026, from Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank regarding the cancellation of the record date for exercising the right to redeem bonds early before maturity, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) announces as follows:
Cancellation of Announcement No. 1369/TB-VSDC dated 30/3/2026, from VSDC regarding the final registration date for exercising the right to repurchase corporate bonds early for bond code TCB12505.
Reason for cancellation: The issuer announced an inaccurate exercise ratio.
Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank is responsible for paying the full and timely interest and principal of the bonds due to the early redemption of bond code TCB12505 to bondholders and for any arising disputes (if any).
