Pursuant to the document no. 01/2025/CV/ECI dated 17/07/2025 of ECI Group Joint Stock Company (Stock code ECI) regarding cancellation of the list of securities holders for corporate action processing for 2025 Annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancellation of the list of securities holders for corporate action processing for 2025 Annual general meeting, the record date of 29/04/2025 in accordance with Notice no.1384/TB-CNVSD dated 09/04/2025 by VSDC's
Reason: The securities registering insstitution has changed the time of the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
