Pursuant to the document no. 1003/2026/SMT/TB dated 10/03/2026 of Sametel Corporation on cancelling the List of shareholders for 2026 Annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the List of shareholders for 2026 Annual general meeting (the record date: 24/02/2026) in accordance with Notice no. 106/TB-CNVSDC dated 03/02/2026 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: Change of the date for the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to allow more time for document preparation and organizational work.
