MBB12525: Cancellation of the record date

Pursuant to the document no.10594/MB-HS dated 07/8/2026 of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank regarding cancellation of the record date for 1st payment of bond interest, bond code MBB12525 (record date: 13/8/2026, payment date: 08/9/2026), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
- Cancelling the notice no.3057/TB-VSDC dated 21/7/2026 on the record date and confirming the list of bondholders entitled to bond interest payment on the record date of 13/8/2026.
- Reason: Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank plans to redeem MBB12525 bonds before maturity.
DMs are requested to inform above information to investors who have deposited MBB12525 bonds.
- Cancelling the notice no.3057/TB-VSDC dated 21/7/2026 on the record date and confirming the list of bondholders entitled to bond interest payment on the record date of 13/8/2026.
