Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) received document No.10/2026/CV-RHG dated 02/03/2026 from R&H Group Joint Stock Company regarding change of 17th period payment time of bond interest - bond code RHG12101 (the record date: 12/02/2026). VSDC would like to announce as follows:
- Interest payment date in accordance with the document no.271/TB-VSDC dated 30/01/2026 by VSDC: 06/03/2026.
- Adjusted payment date: 20/03/2026
- Reason: Due to difficulty in business, the Issuer has not been able to arrange money for the 17th interest payment of RHG12101 bond
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited RHG12101 bonds at DMs.
