Reason: Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company  is currently restricted in using cash flow due to force majeure, so the interest payment on 29/07/2025 cannot be made on time as previously announced.
During the period of late payment, Securities Registration Institution will be fully responsible for any interest penalties arising from belated payment as specified in the Information Disclosure. In case Securities Registration Institution arranges the source of funds earlier than planned, the payment will be made before the announced extension period.
