Pursuant to the document no.150/2025/CV-ĐTP dated 27/11/2025 of Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Corporation (securities code: DPJ12201) on change the time of payment of bond interest, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of interest payment time of DPJ12201 bond as follows:

Reason: Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company  is currently restricted in using cash flow due to force majeure events. At the same time, the Company is also in the process of consulting bondholders on issues of extending bond term and debt repayment plan in the coming time, so it cannot make interest payments as previously announced.
During the period of belated payment, Securities Registering Institution will be fully responsible for any interest penalties arising from belated payment as specified in the Information Disclosure. In case the Securities Registering Institution arranges the source of funds earlier than planned, the payment will be made before the announced extension period.
