Pursuant to the document no.31/2026/CV-ĐTP dated 23/04/2026 of Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Corporation (securities code: DPJ12201) on change of the interest payment time, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of interest payment time of DPJ12201 bond as follows:
 

Reason: Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is currently subject to cash flow restrictions due to a force majeure event. At the same time, the Company is in the process of seeking bondholders’ approval on matters relating to the extension of bond term and the debt payment plan for the upcoming period; therefore, it is not yet able to make the interest payments as previously announced.
During the period of belated payment, the issuer will be fully responsible for any penalty interest incurred related to belated payment as specified by the Information Disclosure Document. In case Dai Thinh Phat Company arranges cash source earlier than planned, payment will be made before the announced extension time.
Other contents in the (*) documents by VSDC's Branch remain unchanged.
