Pursuant to the document no.123/2025/CV-ĐTP dated 25/09/2025 of Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Corporation (securities code: DPJ12201) on change the time of 38th payment of bond interest, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of interest payment time of DPJ12201 bond (record date: 19/09/2025) as follows:

Reason: Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company  is currently restricted in using cash flow due to force majeure events, so the interest payment on 29/09/2025 cannot be made on time as previously announced.
During the period of delayed payment, Securities Registering Institution will be fully responsible for any interest penalties arising from belated payment as specified in the Information Disclosure. In case the Securities Registering Institution arranges the source of funds earlier than planned, the payment will be made before the announced extension period.
Other contents in the Notice no. 1684/TB-CNVSDC dated 10/09/2025 by VSDC's Branch remain unchanged.
