VC5: Adjustment of dividend payment time

According to Document No. 2712/2022/TB-TCKT dated 27/12/2024 of Construction Joint Stock Company No.5 (securities code: VC5), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the 10th adjustment of payment time for 2013 cash dividend of VC5 shares (the record date: 25/09/2014) as follows:
- Announced information in Notice No. 13362/VSD-ĐK.NV dated 28/12/2022: 30/12/2024
- Adjusted information: 30/12/2027
Reason: Due to some unexpected problems, revenue sources did not meet expectations, leading to dividend payments to shareholders in 2013 not being made as planned.
This notice of VSDC is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited VC5 shares at DMs accordingly.
