VC5: Adjustment of payment time for dividend

According to Document No. 72/TCKT-VINA5 dated 25th June 2018 of Construction Joint Stock Company No.5 (securities code: VC5), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the 7th adjustment of payment time for 2013 cash dividend of VC5 shares (the record date: 25th September 2014) as follows:

Payment time: 29th June 2018
Adjusted information:
Payment time: 16th December 2019
Reason: The money source received from the construction projects executed by the company and other sources do not reach the planned amount, therefore, the source for 2013 cash dividend payment is not prepared as planned.
Other contents in in Notice No. 22366/VSD-DK dated 14th December 2017 by VSD remain unchanged.
This notice of VSD is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited VC5 shares at DMs accordingly.
