VC5: Adjustment of dividend payment time

According to Document No. 2712/2022/TB-TCKT dated 27th December 2022 of Construction Joint Stock Company No.5 (securities code: VC5), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the 9th adjustment of payment time for 2013 cash dividend of VC5 shares (the record date: 25th September 2014) as follows:
- Announced information in Notice No. 3657/VSD-ĐK.NV dated 24th April 2020 by VSD:
+ Payment time: 29th December 2022
- Adjusted information:
+ Payment time: 30th December 2024
Reason: due to unexpected issues, the income is not as expected, leading to failure to pay 2013 dividend as planned.
This notice of VSD is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited VC5 shares at DMs accordingly.
