VC5: Delaying the Payment of Cash Dividend

Regarding the payment of 2013 cash dividend of Construction Joint Stock Company No. 5 - securities code VC5 (record date: 25th September 2014, payment date: 16th December 2019), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
As of 11:00 pm on 13th December 2019, VSD has not received the fund for payment of cash dividend or the explanation for late transfer from Construction Joint Stock Company No. 5. Therefore, VSD will inform the depostory members (DMs) on the payment date of 2013 cash dividend of VC5 after receiving notification from Construction Joint Stock Company No. 5.
DMs are requested to inform investors who have deposited VC5 shares at DMs of the above contents.
