According to Document No.421/CV-TCKT dated 22nd December 2022 of Song Da 6 Joint Stock Company (securities code: SD6) regarding adjustment of payment time for 2015 remaining cash dividend and 2016 first cash dividend, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce payment time for 2015 remaining cash dividend and 2016 first cash dividend of SD6 shares (the record date: 24th April 2018) as follows:

Payment time: 29th December 2023
Reason: The company has not yet ensured cash flow to pay the residual dividend in 2015 of 5% and 5% for 2016 first cash dividend as planned.
This notice of VSD is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited SD6 shares at DMs accordingly.
