SD6: Change of dividend payment date
According to Document No. 315/CV-TCKT dated 03/12/2024 of Song Da No 6 Joint Stocks Company (securities code: SD6), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce change of time of 2015 remaining cash dividend payment (5%) and first payment of 2016 cash dividend (5%) (the record date 24/04/2018) as follows:
- Payment time announced in Document no. 16367/VSDC-ĐK.NV dated 27/12/2023: 31/12/2024
Adjusted payment time: 31/12/2025
Reason: The Company's financial situation is facing many difficulties. The Company has not yet arranged money to pay the remaining 2015 and 2016 dividends for according to the approved plan.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited SD6 shares at DMs.
