According to Document No. 353/CV-TCKT dated 26/12/2023 of Song Da No 6 Joint Stocks Company (securities code: SD9), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce change of time of 2015 remaining cash dividend payment (5%) and first payment of 2016 cash dividend (5%) (the record date 24/04/2018) as follows:
- Payment time announced in Document no. 13334/VSD-ĐK.NV dated 27/12/2022: 29/12/2023
Adjusted payment time: 31/12/2024
Reason: In recent years, the Company has encountered many difficulties in production and business activities. Many projects have finished construction but have not yet been completely settled. The value of the unfinished construction volume and outstanding receivables is large because the Project Investor was short of capital to pay Song Da 6 Contractor, affecting the Company's business capital. Therefore, the Company has not yet arranged money to pay the remaining dividend in 2015 and 2016 according to the approved plan.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited SD6 shares at DMs.
