Pursuant to the document no. 121/CV-TCKT dated 11th May 2023 of Song Da 6 Joint Stock Company (securities code: SD6) on cancelling the list of shareholders, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 30th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 856/TB-VSD dated 9th March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: The company prepares materials for 2023 annual general meeting to submit to competent authorities for approval, however, due to some problems, material prepartion is not in time for 2023 annual general meeting as planned (26-29 April 2023)
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
