V11: Cancellation of the record date for attending 2025 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the notice no.12/2025/V11 dated 28/04/2025 of Viet Nam Construction Joint Stock Company No.11 (stock code: V11) on cancelling the record date for attending 2025 Annual General Meeting , Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 annual general meeting, the record date: 05/05/2025 in accordance with the Notice no.1371/TB-VSDC dated 08/04/2025 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: At the request of Construction Joint Stock Company No. 11.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited V11 shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 annual general meeting, the record date: 05/05/2025 in accordance with the Notice no.1371/TB-VSDC dated 08/04/2025 by VSDC's Branch.
