V11: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 73/2020/V11-BĐH dated 21st May 2020 of Viet Nam Construction Joint Stock Company No.11 regarding the cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of V11 shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 23rd March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 509/TB-VSD dated 27th February 2020.
Reason: Taking urgent measures to prevent and control Covid 19, the company changed its plan to hold 2020 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
