Pursuant to the document no.51/CV-TTR dated 22/04/2025 of Thai Trung Rooling Joint Stock Company (securities code: TTS) regarding cancellation of the List of shareholders exercising the right to attend 2025 Annual General Meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 Annual General Meeting, the record date: 20/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no.815/TB-VSDC dated 03/03/2025 by VSDC.
Reason:  The Company needs more time to finalize some issues to be revised to submit to the General meeting. The Company postpones the meeting time which is planned to be before 30/06/2025.
