HMG: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 610/TB-HNS dated 22/04/2025 of VNSTEEL - Hanoi Steel Corporation (HMG) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 Annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 Annual general meeting, record date: 10/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no. 369/TB-VSDC dated 12/02/2025 by VSDC.
Reason:Due to the incomplete preparation of the contents to be submitted to the 2025 Annual General Meeting ; On 14/04/2025, the Board of Directors of Hanoi Metal Joint Stock Company - VNSTEEL issued Resolution No. 561/NQ-HNS on postponing 2025 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
