VCB: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for attending Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 9872/VCB-CLT&TKTH dated 8th March 2022 of Joint Stock Commercial bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending the 15th Annual General Meeting in 2022, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2022 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 4th March 2022 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 377/TB-VSD dated 16th February 2022.
Reason for cancellation: Changing the time of 2022 Annual General Meeting to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 and ensure the safety, efficiency of organizing the General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2022 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 4th March 2022 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 377/TB-VSD dated 16th February 2022.
