Based on the 2026 transaction settlement holiday schedule in official letters No. 4228/TB-VSDC dated 25/12/2025, No. 4690/TB-VSDC dated 25/12/2025, and No. 3043/TB-VSDC dated 21/7/2026, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) announces the following schedule for working and settling securities transactions on the occasion of the 2026 National Day:

1. VSDC will be closed from Monday, 31/8/2026  to Wednesday, 02/9/2026, and will work on Saturday, 22/8/2026. On this Saturday, VSDC will not conduct clearing and settlement of securities transactions; greenhouse gas emission quotas, carbon credits; dividend payments, fund certificate interest payments, covered warrant payments, or process transactions on the system. However, principal and interest payments on debt instruments will still be processed (except in cases where the issuer requests that payment not be made on the day off). For transactions involving the transfer of ownership of securities arising from open market auctions organized by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) on the day off, VSDC will coordinate the accounting of securities for these transactions as requested by the SBV.
2. Securities transactions with a T+2 settlement cycle executed on 27/8/2026 and 28/8/2026 will be settled on 03/9/2026 and 04/9/2026 respectively; securities transactions with a T+1 settlement cycle executed on 28/8/2026 will be settled on 03/9/2026.
VSDC respectfully informs its Members and relevant organizations of this change and requests that Members inform investors of the holiday schedule and settlement schedule./.
