Following the Notice no.4228/TB-VSDC dated 20/11/2025 on the trading intermission schedule for 2026, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce days off and trading suspension schedule on the occassion of Hung King Commemoration Day (10/3 of Lunar year), Reunification Day (30/4) and International Labor Day (01/5/2026) as follows:

1. Hung King Commemoration Day (10/3 of Lunar year)
VSDC will be off work on Monday, 27/4/2026 (11/3/2026 of Lunar year) in accordance with the Labour Code.
The securities transactions with T+2 settlement cycle executed on 23/4/2026 and 24/4/2026 will be settled respectively on 28/4/2026 and 29/4/2026. The securities transactions with T+1 settlement cycle executed on 24/4/2026 will be settled on 28/4/2026.
2. Reunification Day (30/4) and International Labor Day (01/5/2026)

VSDC will be off work from Thursday, 30/4/2026 to Friday, 01/5/2026 in accordance with the Labour Code.
Securities transactions with T+2 settlement cycle executed on 28/4/2026 and 29/4/2026 will be settled respectively on 04/5/2026 and 05/5/2026. Securities transactions with T+1 settlement cycle executed on 29/4/2026 will be settled on 04/5/2026..

VSDC would like to announce to the depository members and related institutions for information and notifying investors of work-off schedule and settlement schedule.
