According to document No. 6150/TB-BLDTBXH dated 03/12/2024 of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and document No. 3193/UBCK-PTTT dated 31/5/2023 of the State Securities Commission regarding the trading intermission schedule for 2025, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce days off and securities trading suspension schedule on the occasion of Reunification Day (April 30) and International Labor Day (May 1) in 2025 as follows:

VSDC will be off work from Wednesday, 30/04/2025 to Friday, 02/05/2025 and will have a making-up business day on Saturday, 26/04/2025. On the making-up business day, VSDC will not carry out clearing and settlement for equity and derivative securities transactions but will continue to process settlement for interest/principal of debt instruments and principal of treasury bills.

Securities transactions with T+2 settlement cycle executed on 28/04/2025 and 29/04/2025 will be settled respectively on 05/05/2025 and 06/05/2025. Securities transactions with T+1 settlement cycle executed on 29/04/2025 will be settled on 05/05/2025.

VSDC would like to announce to the depository members, clearing members, and direct account holders for information and requests depository members and clearing members to inform investors of the work-off schedule and settlement schedule.
