Pursuant to Resolution No. 28/2026/QH16 of the National Assembly dated 24/4/2026 (effective from 01/7/2026) on development of Vietnamese Culture, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce adjustment and supplement to 2026 Non-Settlement Schedule as follows:

With respect to the make-up working day on Saturday, 22/8/2026, and any other make-up working days in 2026 (if any), VSDC will not provide clearing and settlement services for securities transactions; greenhouse gas emission allowances and carbon credits; nor will it process payment of stock dividend, fund certificate distribution or covered warrant settlement, or process transactions on the system. Payment of principal and interest on debt instruments will, however, continue to be processed (except where the issuer requests in writing that such payment will not be made on a make-up working day). For transfer of ownership of valuable papers arising from open market operations conducted by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) on a make-up working day, VSDC will coordinate with SBV in recording the book-entry transfer of valuable papers in accordance with the SBV's instructions.
