Pursuant to document no. 3193/UBCK-PTTT dated 31/05/2023 of the State Securities Commission on the trading intermission schedule for 2025, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corproration (VSDC) would like to announce announce days off and securities settlement schedule on the occasion of 2025 Lunar New Year as follows:
VSDC is going to have days off from Monday, 27/01/2025 (28th December of Lunar Year) to Friday, 31/01/2025 (3rd January of Lunar Year) in accordance with the Labour Code.
The securities transactions with T+2 settlement cycle executed on 23/01/2025 and 24/01/2025 will be settled respectively on 03/02/2025 and 04/02/2025. The securities transactions with T+1 settlement cycle executed on 24/01/2025 will be settled on 03/02/2025.
VSDC would like to announce to the depository members and direct account holders for information and notifying investors of work-off schedule and settlement schedule.
