Pursuant to the Document No. 12729/VPCP-KGVX dated December 25, 2025, from the Government Office regarding the 2026 New Year's holiday; and Document No. 12407/BNV-CVL dated December 22, 2025, from the Ministry of Interior proposing a holiday schedule for 2026 New Year's holiday, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC)would like to announce the adjustment of  the day-off and non-settlement schedule on the Occasion of 2026 New Year as follows:
1. Regarding the 2026 securities Non-Settlement Schedule as stated in document No. 4228/TB-VSDC dated November 20, 2025:

For the compensatory working days on Saturday, January 10, 2026, and August 22, 2026, VSDC will not implementany operations on the system; clearing or settlement of securities transactions, but will still process interest/principal payments on debt instruments (except for cases where the Issuer submits a written request to waive interest/principal payments on the compensatory working day).
(Other contents in Notice No. 4228/TB-VSDC dated November 20, 2025 remain unchanged)
2. Regarding the securities Non-Settlement Schedule for the 2026 New Year's holiday as stated in Notice No. 4635/TB-VSDC dated December 23, 2025:
VSDC will be off work from Thursday, January 1, 2026 to Friday, January 2, 2026.
Securities transactions with a T+2 settlement cycle executed on 30/12/2025, 31/12/2025 will be settled on 05/01/2026, 06/01/2026, respectively; securities transactions with a T+1 settlement cycle executed on 31/12/2025 will be settled on 05/01/2026.
