Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce securities registration cancellation from 27/12/2024 as follows:

From 27/12/2024, the Service Contract between VSDC and DMC - Northern Petrolium Chemicals JSC. will terminate, stock code PCN, ISIN code VN000000PCN1 issued by VSDC will become invalid.
-On 24/12/2024, VSDC will finalize the list of  PCN shareholders to cancel registration.
Depository Members (DMs) are requested to implement the following tasks:
+ From 23/12/2024, VSDC will stop providing depository, withdrawal and transfer of ownership of PCN securities. DMs is requested to inform investors of this notice.
+ On 25/12/2024, VSDC will create and send the list of PCN deposited shareholders to DMs in the electronic form. Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare share holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs are requested to send written notice on details of errors to VSDC for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 26/12/2024
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC tobe accurate and confirmed for VSDC to send the list of shareholders to issuer. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
- From 27/12/2024, the securities code PCN, ISIN VN000000PCN1 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not accept registration, depository, clearing and settlement of  PCN shares. VSDC will cancel all deposited PCN shares on the valid date of registration cancellation. Members are requested to cancel PCN shares from investors' accounts on 27/12/2024 and inform relevant investors to contact the securities registering institution to make procedures of issuing Passbook/Certificate of share ownership.
- DMC – Northern Petrolium Chemicals Joint Stock Company is requested to implement the following tasks:
Re-issue the Certificate of Securities Ownership to the shareholders of deposited securities according to the List of shareholders sent by VSDC to DMC – Northern Petrolium Chemicals JSC after the effective date of securities deregistration.
- Securities deregistration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of shareholders. DMC - Northern Petroleum Chemicals JSC is responsible for managing information about securities and shareholders after the securities are cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of securities owners (if any) in accordance with the prevailing provisions of law.
