The bond's interest rate is a floating interest rate, calculated at the rate of %/year (annual interest rate) and determined by the following formula: Interest rate = Reference Rate + 0.9%/year . Reference interest rate is the average of post-paid individual saving interest rates for 12-month term (or equivalent) in VND disclosed on the official websites of 4 banks, including: Agribank, Vietinbank, Vietcombank, BIDV - Area/City of Hanoi announced on the interest detrminating date + The interest determinating date is the issuance date for the first interest calculation period or the 7th working day before the first day of each interest period for the following interest calculation periods. + Interest calculation period is a period of time to re-determine the bond's interest rate which takes place once a year from the issuance date. If the issuer does not redeem the bonds on the date of exercising the redemption right, the bond interest rate applicable for the 6th interest calculation period until the bond's maturity will be equal to the reference interest rate + 2.57%/year

From 06/4/2026, bond code BID12203, ISIN VN0BID122035 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for BID12203 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited BID12203 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited BID12203 bonds from investors' accounts on 06/4/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
