According to document no. 2421/UBCK-PTTT dated 17/04/2024 on exchanging days off on the occassion of Liberation day (30/4) and Labor day (01/5) in 2024 and Document no.2780/UBCK-PTTT dated 13/05/2022 of State Securities Commission on announcing the trading intermission schedule for 2024, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce days off and trading settlement suspension schedule on the occassion of Liberation day (30/4) and Labor day (01/5) in 2024 as follows:
VSDC will have days off from Saturday, 27/04/2024 to Wednesday, 01/05/2024, and substitute working day on Saturday, 04/5/2024. On the substitute working day, VSDC will not clear and settle transactions of underlying securities, derivatives and will make payment for debt instrument interest/principal and treasury bill principal.
The securities transactions with T+2 settlement cycle executed on 25/4/2024 and 26/4/2024 will be settled respectively on 02/5/2024 and 03/5/2024. The securities transactions with T+1 settlement cycle executed on 26/04/2024 will be settled on 02/5/2024.
VSDC would like to announce to the depository members, clearing members and direct account holders for information and notifying investors of work-off schedule and settlement schedule.
